Jad drives NexTraction's product-led growth strategy, focusing on user experience and scalable AI solutions. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he brings expertise in translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive tools that empower founders and investors alike. His vision centers on democratizing access to venture analytics through automation and artificial intelligence.
Karim is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building and scaling technology ventures. As founder and CEO of Epineon.ai and chairman of MeM (the Moroccan Entrepreneurs network), he brings deep expertise in AI, biotech, and startup ecosystems. He has founded multiple successful companies including JET Group Maroc, and serves as President of the Moroccan Entrepreneurs Diaspora.
