Meet the founders

Three decades of company-building, paired with a refusal to accept that founders should keep paying for five disconnected tools.

Founders shouldn't have to wait six weeks for an honest answer. We're collapsing the entire validation cycle into a single workspace.

Our story

Why we built NexTraction

01

NexTraction started where most startups die: in the gap between an idea and the evidence it needs. We watched friends spend months stitching together customer interviews, deck reviews, and investor coaching — paying five different tools to do five disconnected things.

02

We knew the pieces could live in one workspace — analysis, simulation, pitch practice, deck building, deal review — if we built them on a shared evidence layer. The hard part was making each module strong enough to stand alone, and the platform coherent enough to feel like one tool.

03

Today, NexTraction is the layer founders reach for before they write code, hire, or pitch. It's the layer investors reach for to compare deals on consistent axes. The product is opinionated. The methodology is transparent. The point is to ship better startups — together.

We didn't set out to build another VC tool. We set out to give a founder one workspace where every step of the journey — from a half-formed idea to a board-ready pitch — has structure behind it.

The founding team

What we built

One platform. Every stage of the venture journey.

Six integrated modules sharing the same evidence layer. Use them sequentially or stand-alone — they work either way.

Module 01

Project Analysis

Structured breakdowns of your business: jobs-to-be-done, pains and gains, market signals, and a recap your team can ship from.

Module 02

Personas

Simulate your target customers and stress-test pricing, positioning, taglines, and feature priorities — all in one workspace.

Module 03

Virtual VC

Practice your pitch with investor personas in a live audio session. Get coaching feedback as you speak, not after.

Module 04

Pitch Deck

Build, edit, and stress-test your investor deck inside the same workspace your research lives in. No copy-paste.

Module 05

Investor Workspace

For VCs and angels: review deals on consistent axes, compare ventures objectively, build a portfolio of signal — not vibes.

Output

Synthesis & Memo

Every workflow ends with a structured memo your team can act on, your investor can read, or your board can sign off on.

Our mission

Replace guesswork with evidence — at every stage.

We give founders the analytical tools they need to be fundraising-ready, and investors the consistent frameworks they need to find ventures worth backing — across every step from first analysis to final term sheet.

Our vision

Institutional-grade tooling for everyone building the future.

A world where every founder has the workspace of a Series-A team, and every investor sees structured, comparable evidence — not a stack of decks and gut feel.

Principles

How we make decisions

Four rules we hold ourselves to. We name them publicly so you can hold us to them too.

Evidence over opinion

Every output carries its reasoning. Every recommendation cites where it came from.

No claim ships without a "why" a founder can show their team.

Minutes, not weeks

A founder should validate a pricing change before lunch — not in their next sprint.

The whole platform is built around shrinking time-to-decision.

Founder-centric, always

If a feature wouldn't save a founder a real week of work, we don't ship it.

Every module collapses a workflow that used to require a consultant.

Honest signal

We name what simulation can't do as loudly as what it can. Models are tools, not oracles.

Every report includes a transparent "what this is and isn't" section.

Frequently asked

Everything you might be wondering.

If you don't see your question here, email us — we'll add it.

What exactly is NexTraction?

A workspace that compresses the messy parts of building a company — customer validation, pitch prep, deck building, investor research — into structured modules that share the same evidence layer. Think of it as the validation layer founders reach for before they write code, hire, or pitch.

Who is it built for?

Pre-seed to Series-A founders, plus the investors and accelerator partners who screen them. Founders use it to validate before they build. Investors use it to compare deals on consistent axes. Accelerators use it to pre-screen applications.

How is this different from talking to a real customer?

It's not a replacement — it's the prep round. Run simulated panels first, expose the weak questions, then talk to real customers with sharper aim. Founders who use the simulator first report 3–5× higher signal per real interview.

How long does each session take?

A persona panel: 5 minutes. A pitch practice run: 15–20 minutes. A full validation memo lands in under an hour. The whole platform is built around shrinking time-to-decision.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Your first three sessions are free, no card required. We don't auto-flip free trials into paid plans — you choose to upgrade only when you're ready.

Which languages do you support?

English, French, Spanish, and Arabic — including full right-to-left layout. Personas can be configured per-language so a Casablanca founder gets a Casablanca panel.

Where does my data live?

In encrypted cloud storage with US and EU region options, behind enterprise-grade access controls. We never sell, share, or train models on your usage data. Teams with specific residency or compliance requirements can talk to us directly — we tailor the setup.

Can I export everything I create?

Yes. Memos export as PDF. Panel transcripts and saved quotes export as JSON or CSV. Decks export as PPTX. Your data is yours — leave whenever you want, take it with you.
